Photo: Rep. Hauter presents veterans housing bill in Illinois House

State Representative Bill Hauter (R-Morton) speaks on the Illinois House floor in support of SB 1376, a bill he sponsored in the House to require housing agencies to consider the military status of any member of a family while determining that family’s eligibilty for services for homeless veterans and their families. The bill passed the House 104-0 and is now on its way to the Governor.
