State Representative Bill Hauter (R-Morton) spoke on the Illinois House floor Thursday in support of HB 2394, a bill he co-sponsored to address the many problems Illinoisans have faced obtaining professional licenses from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
The bill passed the House 107-0.
