The Illinois House Insurance committee today passed legislation sponsored by State Representative Bill Hauter (R-Morton) to prohibit insurance companies from denying coverage for anesthesia services that exceed an arbitrary amount of time.
Hauter’s bipartisan bill passed the committee 16-0.
