Two more Hauter health care bills pass House

The Illinois House has passed two more health care bills sponsored by State Representative Bill Hauter (R-Morton). Hauter’s House Bill 2351 will expand Illinois’ health care workforce by increasing physician residency spots in Illinois.

Another bill Hauter sponsored, House Bill 1270, allows retired health care professionals who wish to continue their work on a volunteer basis to maintain their licenses without a fee.

Both bills passed unanimously and now go to the Senate for further consideration.
