One of my favorite events of the year is the Women in Leadership Conference hosted by Illinois House Republicans. We get to invite two emerging leaders from our District. This year Mindy Maibach Darcy, Tazewell County Administrator and Helen Michelassi, Mayor of Clinton, Illinois, came down to the Capitol.
